Construction Phase.
Contract Negotiations; We offer skilled contract negotiators, some of whom are previous contractors and understand the process from all sides. They assertively represent the owner by reviewing and validation all costs submitted by bidders.
Budget Analysis: An important part of our mission is to assist our clients in reducing construction cost. Our consultants and in-house personnel rigorously elevate and interpret solutions to select cost-effective alternatives.
Construction Administration; Our experienced construction administrators closely monitor the project to help ensure your development is constructed in conformance with the contract documents.
As an architecture only firm, all engineering work is coordinated by staff, but contracted to outside consulting engineers. This enables firms to have the flexibility of selecting the most fitting consultants for a particular project.
